b. Applicant shall demonstrate results to reduced energy consumption such as saving in water, electricity, fuel, chemicals and/or other resources.

Guidelines

b. Applicant shall demonstrate results to reduced energy consumption such as saving in water, electricity, fuel, chemicals and/or other resources.

Intended Applicants

Privately owned organizations (including entities with government stakes representing lower share).

Guidelines

a. Specific project (above USD 3.0 Million in total Capex) intended to enhance energy management through conservation, optimization or retrofitting to achieve planned and measurable objectives and targets. This includes clean energy, renewable energy, financial mechanism and policy development.

b. Applicant shall demonstrate the employed project, technology or methodology in delivering proven results.

Intended Applicants

Private, semi-government and government organizations.

Guidelines

a. Specific project (below USD 3.0 Million in total Capex) intended to enhance energy management through conservation, optimization or retrofitting to achieve planned and measurable objectives and targets. This includes clean energy, renewable energy, financial mechanism and policy development.

b. Applicant shall demonstrate the employed project, technology or methodology in delivering proven results.

Intended Applicants

Private, semi-government and government organizations.

Guidelines

a. Solar installations equal to or greater than 500kW.

b. Applications in industrial, commercial, public & gov. buildings/facilities and residential buildings.

c. Installations must be operational for a minimum period of 6 months and demonstrate continuous operation.

d. Evaluation shall merit additional points for integrating storage capacity within the same location/facility.

e. The added value of solar element in solving energy access challenges shall merit additional points in evaluation (ex. Impact on community, neighborhood, particularly in areas where energy is scarce).

f. Level of innovation in integrating the solar energy within the building/facility structure (PV glass, Building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV), etc).

g. Implementation of innovative financing schemes.

h. Application of solar energy in productive uses other than power generation.

i. Installation which provide net-zero energy for building energy requirement shall merit increased points in the scoring.

Individual, team, educational, academic entities with specific project or methodology which has been successfully employed.

Guidelines

a. Project, methodology or research work, which is implemented and demonstrated effectiveness in resolving recognized issue or enhancing process which has been deemed necessary in energy management applications. This includes technology and product development in the fields of clean energy, water supply, water treatment, water desalination, energy utilization process, rationalization of water and electricity consumption, reduction of carbon footprint and relevant energy management disciplines.

Intended Applicants

Individual, team, educational, academic entities with specific project or methodology, which has been successfully, applied through pilot, prototype or product.

Guidelines

a. Achievement relevant to energy management issues demonstrated by young professional (less than 35 years of age) in the above five categories.
